We ordered MNSSHP tickets online back in August and haven't received them yet. Checked with Guest Services and they gave us a tracking number. Upon tracking the tickets we find out that they were delivered back on August 24th and someone signed for them...except they're not us and now we have no idea where the tickets are.

Has this ever happened to anyone? And if so, what was the outcome?

Not to worry. Simply call Ticket Services back and explain your situation. As long as you can provide your ticket order information (order confirmation, Name on order, credit card number, etc.) Ticket Services can void the misdirected tickets and resend you new ones. Enjoy the party!

Hmm.. you're in Canada?

Did someone accidentally send them to California? I know it sounds silly, but if someone just typed CA in the state code of the addess instead of setting up the right info for Canada, well, your tickets are somewhere in California.

So, be sure to double check your address too.

Nope they've definitely sent them to Canada. We're getting very frustrated...contacted DHL numerous times and were told each time "we're putting a tracer on the package and we'll call you in 4 hours"...that was three days ago. And Disney tells us to go through DHL as they're the ones who are responsible for the tickets.

We're at a loss...not sure what to do now.
