Ticket for sold out not so scary?

I'm sure the answer is "no", but I thought I'd check with the experts....

Is there any way to find/purchase a ticket to a sold out party? My family is going with my sister and her family on Halloween. At the time we bought our tickets, my mom volunteered to sit out the party with my youngest niece. Now she has decided that she wants to go..... Given the way that tickets now work with the bands, etc., I'm assuming that there is not a secondary market for tickets. Can anyone confirm this or let me know if there is any way to get one more ticket? Thanks!

Not legally as I believe they are non transferable?

Sometimes people will post them on Craigslist or eBay, but buyer beware. Since some people do report occasionally returning tickets/swapping them for another party despite Disney saying they are non refundable, there may be a few singles that end back up in the system. I have no idea if they would rather just be 10-20 people short on a given night, or load them back in to sell.
