Yeah you do get a 10% discount on tickets.
When I did the college program we got 2 free tickets to give away. Now I've heard that they get some kind of main gate pass where they can get a certain amount of people with them in for free 6 times while they are there. I'm not exactly sure though (since my program was back in 2004), hopefully someone else will know for sure.

That is correct!
People in the CP get a blue main gate pass. They can let up to 3 people (including the CP cast member) in per day, and there are 6 days total on the pass. Black-out dates do apply, however, during peak seasons. You can park-hop on these day passes.
