Was closed for the vast majority, if not all, of yesterday. Anyone know why?

They also closed the Monorail between Magic Kingdom and Epcot as we were leaving, is that common?

The two incident certainly aren't related. One can only guess at technical issues ???

There were a few issues yesterday I think. We had just got in the line for Jungle Cruise before they closed the standby and FP+ queue and shut the ride for a few hours.

I would say that the park just had a glitchy day. Back in 2012, we had an MK day with an insane amount ride stoppages, breakdowns and evacuations. It was something like 8 or 9 rides/attractions we had problems with that day. I don't think any of them are related...just more of a 'when it rains, it pours' scenario.
