It's been reopened for a couple months now. They didn't "change" anything really noticable (for me). It was a maitenance problem that caused the accident, not something on the actual ride.

The ride opened in very early March. There were no show changes, just work on the track/breaking system. And of course, all the retraining so the operators don't allow the trains to hit each other. :lookaroun

Actually, they did make a few show changes. They added a few more details, new fur on the goat, and repainted the town of rainbow ridge.

I stand corrected - I didn't notice anything. I am glad they did manage to do something else useful during the down time.

Well - at least everyone was off - and that's why they have those routines! Anything built with computers/technology can break down. Nothing is flawless, not even the state of the art computers they build at NASA are perfect. It's a risk you take any time you get on a ride, unfortunately.

But, even Six Flags doesn't have coasters that crash twice in 7 or 8 months.
