Thoughts on Raglan Road or should I go somewhere else?

I'm messing around my ADR list for my November trip (don't judge!), I decided against Splitville (will be bowling at Cabana Bay instead) so I have a free spot to fill. I really liked Raglan Road's menu but what are your thoughts on it?

This will be our "off day" after we attend the christmas party, we'll sleep in, hit Wolfgang Puck for lunch and then dinner also at DTD so we can get to Ghirardelli's for dessert.

High praise right there, thanks @Master Yoda! Do you have any favorites to suggest?

The menu is extensive and fairly priced for being a WDW restaurant, I'm impressed!

Thoroughly enjoyed the salmon with maple glaze. Topped it off with a sinfully delicious trifle and Irish coffee. Then stayed for the evening's entertainment. A delightfully memorable evening.

We were there in October and my husband loved the pork chop and he loved my bread pudding. It has always been one of my favorite restaurants.

I am a big fan of the fish n chips, Bangers n booze and the Keen Eye for the Shepherds Pie, but Raglan Rd is what I refer to as a "dart board" restaurant. Put the menu on the wall, throw darts at it and you will be fine with whatever you hit.

SO GOOD. Went in knowing it would be good, but it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the pork lollipop for dinner. For dessert, you have to have the bread and butter pudding. You won't finish it but it is easily one of the best desserts in WDW. Good entertainment too. Wouldn't miss it.

Thanks everyone for the comments and suggestions, I've written it all down and told my mom about the meat options. I'll probably have the portobello sandwich or the risotto, both descriptions sound very yummy!

It's terrific!

We had the Serious Steak and Bread 'n Butter Pudding for dessert. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order and melted in our mouths, and the bread 'n butter pudding was the best dessert I've ever had on Disney property. (Sorry, Dole Whip!)

For an Irish style pub their Vegetarian options are fantastic and highly recommended. I believe they still have a asparagus and goat cheese tart and the risotto is great.

Yes...give it a try.

Going with the folks in April, we'll be in DTD on our check-in day. They want to do La Nouba. I told them about Raglan Rd. and they definitely want to try it, so we have an ADR after the show. Great food. Fun atmosphere. Can't be beat.

Bangers & Mash is probably my favorite entree, but agreed with Master Yoda, never had anything that wasn't great. Even their burger--at an Irish place!--is the best on property.

The Bread & Butter Pudding is worth skipping Ghirardelli's for. (Or get ice cream for lunch and skip Puck, lol).

Such a sinful but good idea! :hungry:

All of these great answers are making me extremely anxious to go to Raglan Road! November can't come fast enough.

Yep, great place to eat indeed! I thought it would be the kids least favorite last trip (I have a wee bit of the Irish blood in me so I booked it anyways!) but it turned out to be our favorite that trip. Great place.
