Thoughts beyond the rides

Hello Disney Experts, I will be going to the World the end of Jan-early Feb and staying @AKL for 9 days. While I really like the rides I was thinking about doing something else and wanted your thoughts!!

Idea #1) Backyard Safari tour over at AK. Has anyone done this and your
feedback, good or bad.

Idea #2) Renting a boat (possibly solo). Which kind and where? I do not
want a peddle boat, and was thinking around WL.

Idea #3) Horseback riding over at Ft. Wilderness, did this once and it was
relaxing.

Idea #4) Parasailing near the Contemporary. It may be to cold at that time
if they even do it that time of year.

There are carriage rides at FW, it's a 'sleigh ride' during the holidays. We're doing one of those, we're pretty excited for that when we go down for Christmas. Last trip we rented a SeaRaycer and it was a bore. A pontoon boat is pretty fun, or a fireworks boat ride seems pretty cool depending on how much you're looking to spend for that something extra.
