I think they are referring to having it on Display rather than use it as a ride vehicle.

Definitely would have to be either on display in the queue like the white vehicle they have now or in the post ride showroom. Would be great if you could sit in it but the way people are they would dirty it up and it's too high tech.

Looks nice.... but the seats dont look like theyd provide much comfort..... on my loooong drive to Disney.
