"thinking outside the box" for dining ?

My DH & I are lucky enough to live 2 hrs from DW & own AP's. We usually go 4-5 times a year for vacation or a weekend getaway (& another 7-8 times for day trips). We noticed the last time we went that we ALWAYS end up at the same restaurants (because they are our favorites!) We usually end up in Epcot for lunch & dinner (mostly World Showcase) or for breakfast @ Whispering Canyon. We are going in a couple of weeks again & are DETERMINED to try new places! What would you recommend?

Maybe venture out to AKL and try Boma, Sanaa or Jiko...something in DTD like Raglan Road...or if you like Epcot area- you could venture out of the IG in the WS to the Epcot area resorts (i.e. try Yachtsman, Kouzzina, etc.).

Have breakfast at the Kona Cafe, for dinner try the Captain's Grille, Trails End (buffet) or one of the other resort restaurants.
