Thinking about the fights that would be happening

With all the land and money that would be at Walts disposal these days what do you think would be going on. Roy on the flip side loving how the bank account looks and not wanting to see it go to single digits. But the big thing is how hog wild do you really think Walt would be going?

I think Walt would go hog wild spending billions of dollars correcting everything that his executives did after he died.

Roy would be rolling in the dough and giggling like uncle scrooge with all the money Walt would have brought in.

Walt would have seen the unused Disney property as being wasted by being underdeveloped. We would be seeing more parks and projects not only in FL but other areas of the USA. Even though Walt would be spending, the projects he came up with would be profitable enough to amass a fortune. Yes, Walt spent but he wasnt a fool. He knew money attracted money.

Just as a wake-up post. If Walt had his way with WDW it would be a now defunct city of yesterday. Had he lived it would have happened, but, nothing about it screams long term successful. To many restriction, to many rules and to much one person control. It'd be like a dictatorship within a democracy. So, Disney wouldn't have all that money that is there now, if indeed there still was a Disney Company at all.

Yes, if Walt had lived, we'd either have a very successful, or failed EPCOT and likely he would have moved on to other endeavors, something he did his entire life.
