I have always wanted to work for Disney. I have one problem I am 35 years old, ?I will graduate with my Bachelor's in Accounting in December 2006. I was wondering what my chances would be at getting accepted and then working for Disney. I would hate to waste theirs or my time and energy if there was no chance. Also, what procedures do you go through to apply, interviews, etc. Thanks for any information.

Hi, and welcome to the forums sherbie34 (hands you a gift basket). Actually 35 is not too old. Our recruiter accepted and gave an offer to a 72 year old woman just last year. She accepted and had a wonderful time. In this situation, the woman did not live with the rest of the recruits because of her age (she got an apartment I believe).

As for applying and interviewing, you basically will apply online and take your printed application to a presentation scheduled at your college. If they did not schedule a presentation at your school, you should be able to find a presentation near your school. After the presentation, they will sign everyone up for interviews. If you have to go to another school to attend a presentation, they will be happy to do your interview that night so you don't have to come back. The interviews usually are in groups of two or more, depending on the number of people they have to interview. After the interview, they will let you know that you will find out in about two to three weeks.

All of the presentation times and locations along with a bunch more information can be found at www.wdwcollegeprogram.com.

I hope this helps you. :)

Oh, I apologize. You know I'm not really sure. A campus rep here on the forums may be able to help you. I'm sure they will see this thread soon. :)
