How much does it cost to park at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Dosney-MGM Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Parks? Also, does anyone know how much it costs to park at Universal Orlando?

Thank you for your time.

I've never paid to park at the parks because I always stay on property and use the Disney buses to get me around, but if I'm not mistaken it's $7 to park. As far as Universal, don't know, don't care. I'm all about Disney and nothing else. I'm sure if you do a search on here you can find that one.

OK, so it's $7 and not $8, sorry about that.

If I remember correctly, if you stay in a Disney resort, you get to park for free. It is still easier to get on the bus because you get dropped off up front and don't have to wait for a tram.

Nope, the price went up to $8 in the spring of this year. It's $8 per day for a regular auto. Now, you can park in MK and then drive over to Epcot in the same day and only have to pay once. But if you're there for more then one day, you have to pay each day.

Annual passholders get free parking. Seasonal passholders do NOT.

People who stay on property at resorts can either use the Disney Transportation from their resort for free, or, use the parking pass that they get for at their check-in to park for free at one of the lots. (Only good for the days written on the pass though of course.)

So I was right in the first place in saying it was $8 per day. Glad someone clarified that, I was hoping that I wasn't wrong. It's sad that I know parking prices and all that and I've never parked there.

Yup, you were right. It stinks because we were there in the beginning of April and it was $7. A few weeks later when we went again, it had gone up to $8. (I had my $7 ready in hand and had to get another buck once I pulled up. Darnit) This is also how I know Seasonal Passholders don't get free parking. That's what we had.

I just got back from my Disney trip yesterday, even though I stayed on property I can tell you that it is indeed $8 per day to park at the Disney parks. Parking at both water parks and Downtown Disney are free. Universal is also $8 to park. Universal is also offering preferred parking for 12 or 15 bucks.

Yes, it's definitely $8 for parking (I remember when it was only $5 just a few years ago). That's what I paid when I went to Epcot a few days ago. On the back of the parking pass it says the following:

This ticket entitles the holder to park, as directed by Disney, ONE vehicle in a parkling lot at the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park or Disney-MGM Studios. PERSONAL and COMMERCIAL vehicles may leave and re-enter a parking lot as the Theme Park identified on this ticket, without additional charge, on the date stamped on this ticket. In addition, PERSONAL vehicles ONLY may gain entry to a parking lot at any of the other three (3) Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, without additional charge, on the date stamped on this ticket. To re-enter or enter a parking lot at a Walt Disney World® Theme Park, please present this ticket to the Auto Plaza attendant. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort are not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle or any article left therein. For the safety and convenience of your pet, may we suggest boarding your pet at one of the Kennel Clubs at the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks.
