Theme for 2013 F&W Festival?

Just wondering if a theme has been announced, and if not, when is it typically decided/announced. I checked the Disney website but doesn't seem to be evident to me-I could just be missing something. Thanks!

There isn't really themes for Food and Wine Festival is there? There usually is for Flower and Garden.

I thought "Food & Wine" was the theme.

Maybe "theme" isn't quite right, but here is a picture from F&W in 2008-Cities in Wonderland.

Yes, F&G has a theme. As the years go on, it gets more generic, but it is supposed to have a theme.
