So...how did this come to be, anyway?
To me, it's a really strange area. It's listed on the map as apart of Dinoland, but it obviously has absolutely nothing with the rest of the land or its themes. It's basically in an strange no-man's land between Asia and DL, a loner attraction that kinda thinks it's too cool to fit in with its surroundings, haha. It's like Mat Hoffman's Aggro Circus over in Island of Adventure's Toon Lagoon.
Was the Theater in the Wild planned to be there from the start, or was it something imagineers had to throw in there to boaster the amount of attractions for the opening day? I don't expect it to be demolished for some new E-ticket, especially with Finding Nemo: The Musical probably being too popular, but...
