The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Discounts

I think I alredy know the answer to this one but is there or will there be any discounts for The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Especially in Dec. I dont care what I have to get to get the discount.

I don't know what to say for you. The villas at WL are very popular with DVC members in Dec, it can be very difficult to get in then, even if you own at VWL.

Sometimes they have discounts for the DVC rooms, but usally only at places where there is a lot of room, like OKW. (and sometimes Vero Beach to get people over there to try it.) I have never really heard of any cash discounts for DVC rooms at VWL, BCV or BWV. (DVC members do get a discount on the cash prices.)

I think your best bet would be to try to rent some points from a DVC member, they go for around 10$ a point. You can do this at www.disboards.com look for the DVC forem, there is a renting area. It will also tell you how to do it.

1st 2 weeks in Dec is cheapest, 12 points Sun-Thrus and 22 Fri Sat.
3rd week is 12 during the week, 23 on weekend
and week of Christmas is 19 a night, 43 on weekend. (for studio)

One bedrooms are about twice that. A 2 bedroom the week of christmas would be 462 points for the whole week (50 a week night, 106 Fri Sat.)

Hope this helps. WL is very popular during Dec and winter months, it is so cozy and great decorations.
