The Via Pizza Creation!

Mama Mia! I love my pizza like I loved ma mama. The thin crust,the smell of melted mozzarella,the vagrant colours of peppers & chillies & basil.So tonight I'am gonna get my local Italian restaurant to make me a pizza of my own choice.I love the idea that in VN in Epcot you can create your own,with your favourite toppings,even have it half & half.So what are your favourite toppings on the Mezzo Metro at Via Napoli.? Mine are with out a doubt Pepperoni,mushroom,onion,arugula,spicy sausage,fontina cheese,& red peppers. As they say in Napoli,Italy, " When the moon hits your eye,like a big pizza pie,that's Amore."

I have not been to Via Napoli yet. However looking at the menu I would order ½ prosciutto and the other ½ onions.

Pepperoni, mushroom and sausage. Not sure why that has become our standard pie, but it is a tasty combination.

Oh my gosh, my mouth is seriously watering thinking about this...always the effect of Via Napoli! Let's go with Artichokes, olives, prosciutto, red peppers and onions. A little antipasti action.

Probably just me and the DH! we try to eat healthy! Just don't like loaded pizzas. You can't taste the crust. Ohh and thin crust is the best!

Love thin crust..Hate deep pan..We have a chain group called " Frankie & Bennys " ,It's like an Italian/ New York restaurant that serves awesome pizza,thin crust.Does Frankie & Bennys operate in America.?

Never heard of them down here. We have Pizza Hur, Pizza Inn, Little Caesar's and lots of local pizza places. We prefer to make our own though.

Cheese, cheese, cheese for me! The DH likes it loaded with meat(yuck!) & DD loves bacon on hers.

@real mad hatter Maybe its just a stateside thing, but most pizza places in the states will make your pizza the way you want it in addition to the different options and combinations they already have put together on the menu. Is that not the same in your neck of the woods?
