Now my DW prefers fish more than I do (I hate getting a bone in my fish ) But I do love Shellfish and once had this platter of Lobster,Crab,Langoustine,Crayfish,Mussels,Oysters etc, at a Seafood restaurant on the west coast of Scotland..But where at Disney would you dine for the ultimate shellfish meal..Ive never been to Fulton's or Flying Fish but suspect they might be the most popular..Any other Shellfish lovers out there..:hungry:

I don't know about a platter with varied selection, but I love the Chardonnay-Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels in Pesto Crema at the Flying Fish Café. I've never even remember to take a picture of this dish because we devour them the moment they touch the table.

Yes Fulton's is the place, they have a raw platter of crab, lobster, shrimp and oysters. A very good ciopinno with crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops and white fish over pasta or the lobster stuffed with shrimp and scallops. Funny you mentioned shellfish the lobsters are plentiful and cheap here in New England right now going for $3.99 a pound at the local supermarket. I got six and boiled they up tonight for dinner along with with steamed clams and steamed mussels and corn on the cob.

Lobsters are really abundant and cheap this year! Even here in Montana, though I don't buy as much seafood as I used to now that we live in a landlocked state. It's just not the same. It's no wonder we eat so much seafood when we visit the World (or any other coastal destination, for that matter).

Glad you're getting your lobster fix in Montana, I have been there a few times the first time I drove from Washington state and came out of the bitter root mountains. That's when I quickly realized why it is called the "big sky" country. I also know what you mean about living away from the ocean. I was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso Texas, when I got back to New England I ate nothing but seafood and "real" Italian food for a month.

Yeah, you know what I mean then! Luckily I'm a pretty decent cook (and I'm marrying an even better one), so we don't have too much trouble making whatever ethnic foods we want as home ... as long as we can source the necessary ingredients. Sometimes that can be tough.

I would say your best bets to find a platter like that would be:

Cape May Cafe's Clam Bake Dinner Buffet (BCR)

Cap 'n Jacks Oyster Bar - Jack's Clam Bake (Though it will be closing in the near future)

Fulton's - Louis Fulton's Ultimate Crab & Lobster Experience, Narragansett Rhode Island Lobster though you may have to order add on's

Stone Crab Lounge - Seafood Tower

I have not tried Fulton's, but we've been to the Cape May Cafe. This is one of our family's favorite buffets with crab legs, clams, and mussels.

We also like the Seafood Arrabbiata dish at Mama Melrose's (shrimp, mussels, calamari, and pasta in a spicy, tomato-based sauce).
