Trip Report The Trip of New Things and Pixie Dust!

This trip took place June 12-21. This trip report will be more of an overview. So, let's get started!
Trip to airport:good. Plane ride:good. Magical express bus: good, but long, because we were AKL Jambo. First day it rained(of course it just had to.) But, at night we went back to Magic Kingdom and got on tons of rides! :so happy: But, we went back to AKL before park closing because we were up nearly 24 hours straight!

day 2: today was HS. It was Friday the 13th, so I told my dad that maybe we'd get an extra drop on TOT. Sure enough, we dropped 4 whole times! :cyclops: That's just plain scary! TOT was a first for me, and it's safe to say I'm never riding again! RORC was also a first, which I loved. Yay for not dying on it! (Yah, I know, irrational fear.) Then, after lunch, we went back to our room, when some pixie dust happened!:) A wonderful, beautiful desert came to our room! I tried to post a pic but it won't let me. Later, we went to fantasmic, another first, it was good and all, but for me, it's just not my thing. I still liked it, though! Stay tuned for epcot day tomorrow!

Day 3: today was epcot day. Test track, another first for me, I loved it! One of my new favorites! Lunch at sunshine seasons, a hit with everybody! We all still talk about how much we loved it! Dinner at beach club cape May cafe. Ok, so we had headed to the international gateway to get to beach club when my dad talked to a cast member, saying that it was our friends first time and we didn't know if we'd be able to make it back for illuminations, so Tammi, our fave cast member ever,(you'll here about yet another interaction with her later in our trip!) made some calls, and got us VIP reserved area! Yay! : so happy: Tammi, if you are reading this, we love you and thanks again for being awesome! Dinner was great, it was storming on our walk from the beach club to epcot( it always seems to do that!) and illuminations was yet again fantastic.:happy::happy:

Day 4: Today is AK day. AK is probably my second favorite park(epcot is always first for me!), so I enjoy my time there. The "men" in our troop decided to brave the forbidden mountain!:jawdrop: I have been on it twice before, and it is safe to say it is NOT for me. So we, the "ladies" of the troop explored something else forbidden, the gift shop! We did not buy anything, though. Next was KS, good, but I've been on better "safaris". I just don't like the whole "fuzzy radio bit". Lunch at Restaurantasauraus, another favorite of mine. Delish, as always. Next was primeval whirl. This was another first for our troop, but we all loved it! We have all been on The Mouse Trap at Hershey Park before, and this was similiar, but luckily, we didn't all feel like our cart was gonna fall of the track!;) We went back the resort for shower, rest, and swim(not in that order). But it slips my mind where we ate that night. Stay tuned for the next installment!:joyfull:

Day 5: today was BB day. We all LOVE water rides so it was a hit. All the men hit up Summit Plummet, while us women folk went to 3-D. We liked it, except my mom who didn't go on. We did Slush Gusher, except our moms, and the young'n. It was another first, which I probably won't do again. We did a few other rides(whose names escape me) and then we were off for showers. Tonight's ADR was- duh duh duh!!! OHANA'S!:D It was, as always a hit. It was sad to see the Poly all torn up for renovation.:arghh: Our friends stayed in MK for the fireworks/MSEP. My dad, mom, and I went back "home" to AKL. Write ya later!;)

Great addition to the trip report. Animal Kingdom is my favorite park, just to explore nature at what ever pace you feel like. Blizzard Beach is my kids favorite park, they just can't get enough of the slides and wave pool. My family loves Ohanas and we always make a point to go each trip. Question, were are the pictures? Still following along.

I've been trying to figure out how to post pictures, but the pictures I took are all on my ipad/iphone, and I don't know how to post them yet. Thanks for following along!:)

Day 6: I have no idea what the heck we did today! In the morning, I think we might've went to AK, and then I know we went back to AKL for lunch at the Mara. Pizza and parfait=yummy!:joyfull: Then swim and shower, which became almost a routine for us now! Our friends kids informed that there was a "secret" elevator, that takes you to a special place . I was all like"???" But, after the swim they showed me. They were the elevators near the pool door that take you up to the bridge. They are also Kilaminjaro Club level elevators( which they thought were "secret" which, obviously they are not. Dinner was at the Yacht Club, which Captain's Grille was another first for us. Service was flat out BAD! We were sure are waitress clocked out, we didn't see her for about 40 minutes! Is this just normal service there? The kids ordered beef kabobs, which was 2 pieces of beef on a toothpick. Yay. Stay tuned for the next installment of day 6!:)

Thanks to everyone who has liked, followed, viewed, or commented on my trip report! It means so much to me! I am a newbie to WDW Magic, so I don't fully know the ropes yet! This is more of a trial trip report, as I am still learning! On future trips I will have many more pictures, and will take notes on what I did so I will have detailed installments. I am still working on this trip report, so stay tuned for more!

Day 6 part 2: so, after supper ( and pin trading) we headed back to epcot, we walked as it was storming, which it always just HAS TO rain when we are at the epcot resorts. Now, back at the Yacht Club gift shop, our friend, I will refer to him as DFH ( disney friend husband), bought a bottle of grey goose, to celebrate being in the most magical place on earth. Now, what he didn't know, it couldn't come into the park! So as we came through the International Gateway and went through bag check, the Grey Goose was discovered! oh No! The CM made some calls for him, and low and behold, out came Tammi! She made some calls, and got DFH a gift card refunded with the amount of the grey goose! Lol! I made a song up with the kids( I'm like, 5 at heart) about our dad's getting arrested and going to disney jail, to the tune of "Heigh-Ho! It was a good day! Stay tuned for day 7, our last day at AKL before switching to OKW!:D
