The Tokyo DisneySea Fun Custodial?

I tried searching this, but can't find anything on it. I don't think this topic goes here, but wasn't sure where to post it, sooooo....

There's been videos done of a "Fun Custodial" member creating miming shows with his equipment, do we know how this all works? Are they an actual Custodial member? How come we don't have these at the American parks? Could it be implemented?

It's possible it could be done..But, then again with streetmosphere entertainment dwindling I'd doubt we'd see things like the Epbots QT & Digit that did use alot of sound effects and such...

Probably a cm hiding somewhere where they can see his movements to sync with him say like a lighthouse for example where he can see where the custodian is..

Your other answer is..sure they could but, they probably won't and would be a budget cutter down the line..look at the other things that have been cut just like the streetmosphere characters at DHS or the robot that was in Tomorrowland this past year..
