I know I love TTA. FOr what reason..I'm not sure! I was wondering what memories of TTA people had and why it seems to be such a beloved attraction!

TTA is one of my faves because when you're feet are KILLING you or you're super-tired, it's a great place to relax or take a nap. I have napped several times on TTA. Another great part of TTA is that when Space Mountain is 101 (down) and the lights are on, it's a cool view.

I like the TTA and entire rocket tower plaza for not only its nostalgia but still somewhat futuristic approach.

We're very greatful to still have our peoplemover system and rockets above the station... :sohappy:

I still like the idea of the clean energy, magnetic transportation system, and browsing through stores in a shopping mall, etc.

I still feel that I am riding "tomorrow's transportation, today"!

I enjoy the breeze, the viewers, the leisure, and the rest. I do think an improvement is needed for the Buzz and Stitch buildings we go in.

I am also looking forward to this rumored rehab of the TTA, it really needs it, but I will be sad if it closes when I go in January! BUT it will be worth it missing it one trip, and being rewarded with a refurbished ride on the next trip. :)

There are so many reasons to love the TTA. As a kid I remember being completely blown away by the concept of a motor with no moving parts. Admittedly, once you learn that a linear-induction system is just a series of magnets it loses a bit of its luster... but for an 8-year old it's healthy fodder for a young imagination.

And while the rest of Tomorrowland has had trouble deciding whether it's a reasonable look at a future that might be, or representative of the future that never was, the TTA has remained equally comfortable in both skins. It's just at home in a Jetsons-eque caricature of the future as it was in a theme that tried to predict what the future might look like. It's charming that way and, IMHO, is a big reason for its ability to endure.

The TTA is such a great ride. For one, the ride is nice and long. So it feels worth it to ride. Also there is almost never any wait, so once again, it makes it well worth it. When you're tired, it's a great attraction to hit. When you are too close to a parade to catch something big, or you are minutes away from a fast pass return, it is the perfect ride to go on real quick.

Also, it takes you past Space Mountain, Buzz, Carosel of Progress, Stitch, The Tomorrow Land Speedway, and other Tomorrow Land landmarks, so it's the it's a great tour of the entire Land! Looking down at the activity and people running about, makes you realize you are in such a fun place and takes you to a third party view of the action in the park. It looks like so much fun down there, that you can't wait to jump back in when the ride is done.

I remember my twin brother getting stuck on the people movers for a very long time with my grandfather, but he didn't mind, it was fun! Also, from all our trips, we always get great pictures with great background shots while on the TTA.

I really love that ride.

 Very relaxing break, wind thru your hair, watching people on the speedway, going thru Buzz and Space and the store. Just an all around fun ride. Hope they never take this one out. Re-furbish, yah, maybe!!:animwink:

I always have fun at the TTA. For me it is always a way to get above the crowds sit back and relax for a while. I usually feel like I am being chaffeured around and being given a private tour of tomorrow land.

I usually put my feet up and take a deep breath and think about what a great time I am having and just relax. When I get off it's almost liek I get to enter the Magic Kingdom again through a special entrance.

It is amazing to me how many people I have seen pass by TTA or when they figure out what it is turn around and not ride. They don't know what they are missing.

It's also a great way to get the rain ponchos dried off. We got on TTA just as it started to really pour. Since there was not much of a line, they let us stay on for three rides. The rain let up some and our rain ponchos got dried off in the breeze.

I have always loved the way it works for one. Also, nice relaxing ride to rest your weary feet while taking in some great views.

Now approaching Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress… :)

I think it's a mix of nostalgia, relaxation, and candy for the eyes.

Tomorrowland has always sbeen my favorite part of the MK, and what better way to see it than a quiet, relaxing, guided tour of the whole place.

You can also just sit back and take the trip a few times if you choose, without even getting off. Just relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax, and enjoy the WDW atmosphere.

Get to the park at rope drop.

Run for Fastpasses. Get in line. Use Fastpasses. Run for Fastpasses. Get in line. Use Fastpasses. Run for Fastpasses. Get in line. Use Fastpasses.

Repeat throughout day.

Walk up to an attraction without waiting in line, sit down, and relax.

That's why everyone loves the TTA (People Mover).

The best part about the TTA is that it's such a staple in tomorrowland. No matter where you are you always hear that voice "now approaching..." It has to be one of my favorites. We usually ride it after we've been in the park for awhile. It's our favorite way to take a break. Also when we were younger, my mom used to take my baby brother on the TTA while my dad took me and my other brother to ride space mountain. It's become somewhat nostalgic for my mom to ride it everytime we go :)

I think it was also one of the best examples of an "updated" attraction. They kept everything the Peoplemover was for the most part and integrated it into (what was) a cohesive theme of a City of Tomorrow that Never Was. It added a bit more fantasy, kept all the physical and nostalgic parts, and added some new scenery. It's just a good concept.

The first time we took my son to WDW he was to small to go on Space Mountain so, while my husband and daughter rode SM we took a ride on TTA.

Since TTA goes into SM my son was convinced that he had actually ridden SM "like a big boy". It made him so proud.

This is just one of the many reason why we ride TTA. It seems to take you back to a simpler and slower time while you are still in the middle of all the excitement of WDW.

Something about this reminded me of the Mastercard commercial....I feel like there shoud be a "priceless" at the end of the sentence

Anyway...I enjoy TTA because it is a good place to relax and take it all in!

I also love TTA because it really is a "break" from the running around of the day! It's also a great ride for when one of my little ones won't take a nap - they almost always fall asleep on the TTA. God Bless the Cast Members who have seen me with a sleeping baby as we re-enter the station and have just waved me to keep riding!!!!!!!

Who doesn't love this ride?
It's just a nice place to chill and enjoy the scenery for a while. We've often stayed on for multiple rides because there are not usually lines waiting to get on.
It's one of WDW gems. . .a relaxing spot in the midst of the chaos!

Cool. How about another one....If you were going to update TTA, what kind of changes would you make without spoiling the attraction? Just curious, because I've heard some say they'd rather pull it out because its just getting old.

For us it's always a must. Perhaps it goes back to when our kids were little and the youngest would nap there so we'd stay on for a few laps. Now it's us who need the rest, and we still stay on for a few laps!
