Thanks Shanghai is a blog written by a former WDW CM and opening day manager at SHDL. It has the best insights into the day to day operation of Disney’s latest theme park. It’s posts feature strongly worded critiques of a company failing to live up to its reputation for excellence as it introduces itself to a Mainland China not familiar with the idea of Disney level theme parks. Yet it is also inspiring in how, despite apathetic/incompetent management, CMs in Shanghai are hungry to learn the Disney way of old and build a world class resort.
