I am so happy! Just went on and my Jetblue flight went down in price again! So I called and got the new price. I now have $354 in credits for a future flight! Just means another trip to Disney for us!

So my advice is to keep checking the airline prices...you might just be pleasantly surprised!

Off to check car rental prices to see if they dropped again too...

WOW! Good for you. I checked again just to see and our flight down is more expensive and back is still the same price.

But you are right, it does not hurt to look. I think I will check again a week before we go (just 3.5 weeks now!!!) and see if prices drop again.

Thanks for the extra reminder!

Southwest is lower too. Just remember with Southwest you have a year from when you initially purchased the tickets to travel with the credit. (we purchased in June 2008, we now have $300 to travel with by June 2009.

I had been checking thier site almost every day for a month. I was waiting to buy my tickets because each day the price was different. When I finally bought them they were down to $79 for me too. I did noticed that if I could change my dates by 1 day each way it was as low as $59! Too bad we couldn't change.

the same thing happened to us on Southwest. i booked a flight three weeks ago round trip from Kansas City (leaving December 13th, returning December 17th). 119.00 per person each way.

two weeks ago, the price dropped to 99.99 each way so i rebooked the same flight.

last night, i checked and the price had dropped to 59.99 per person each way, so i rebooked the same exact flight for the third time.

it gave us over 200.00 in airline credit. i've NEVER seen a 59.99 flight to Orlando before whenever i've tried to book flights. guess the economy must really be bad for the airlines.
