Who owns the Power Rangers? Did Disney buy them with the family channel? I thought they sold them back to BSV. If so, why are they all over the Disney store? Explain.

This is what I was told by my manager at the Disney Store. Disney 'aquired' the Power Rangers when they purchased Fox Family...I guess they were part of the deal. I'm not all that crazy about the Power Rangers, but the stuff sells and that means job security for me!

Disney should've dumped them, IMMEDIATELY. Power Rangers has less than nothing to do with family entertainment. It almost makes me ill that they would even consider marketing something so blatantly non-family as PR.

Non-Family in that it's only for kids? I would disagree there (look at Timeforce for a quick example). If you meant something else, then please state so (although I would never understand why anyone would want any tv series to end, it's just being selfish towards fans of said series considering the person could just ignore the series).

No, not only for kids, that's not what I meant. It's a violent show - kicking, punching, etc. End of story. What was the last violent kids programming that Disney created? I rest my case.
