The west beach over by Luau Cove. Nobody goes over there and there are chairs and a couple hammocks to relax on.

Take about a half hour to walk the grounds, you will find plenty of nice quiet spots, then choose your favorite

The menu is sort of an all you can eat feast...there are different kinds of meats, including pork, sausage, steak and turkey, some fish, veggies...a really different variety of foods and all of them are delicious!! For dessert they serve pineapple slices to dip in caramel sauce...it is pure heaven!! Have fun!! :)

If you're going to have dessert I would suggest going over to Kona Cafe. They have some of the best desserts in all of WDW and some of the best coffee as well. Here are some other things to check out.

Captain Cook's - great snack place that is open 24 hours.

Kona Cafe - see above

West side beach - very quiet and romantic (especially at night)

The peninsula - just east of the main beach. It sticks out from the rest of the shore line and is a great spot to watch fireworks, the water parade, to view Seven Seas lagoon or to have a quiet drink.

Tikiman, are you the one that proposed to your wife with a stone in "Walk around the World"? Great story! Also, kudos on the Poly site. Nice work.

lileonard,

'Ohana does not have a menu to choose from. All the stuff I posted, you get as much of it all as you want so come hungry. As far as Kona goes, everything I have had there from the steak to the fish, is great. I can not say one is better than the other. The drinks are all good but the Lapu Lapu is very strong. Be ready for it to knock you on your butt. The Tradewinds and Island sunset are very good drinks.

Have you visited the web pages since the big update on July 28th? I added about 150 new pictures and info. I will have the menus posted soon.
