This aggressive stance indicates to me Disney is very bullish on the Marvel franchise and we will see the results sooner rather than later at WDW!

I hope it goes to trial. It would make for one of the more interesting copyright decisions in recent memory. There hasn't been a far-reaching decision on termination under the new Copyright law. It would go all the way to the Circuit for sure, if not the Supreme Court.
