Tower Of Terror for me. I just love everything about the Hollywood Tower Hotel, from the garden to the reception and then onto the ride. It's a must on every trip.

What is that? And where was it located?

Oh, man, you missed it! It was very cool. Today, with all the 3D film technology out there, we'd probably take it for granted. But imagine a time when virtually all the 3D films out there used the old blue-red channel technology, and along comes this fabulous technology in excellent-quality color, and starring two of the biggest pop stars of all time at the height of their careers! With a fabulous state-of-the-art surround sound system. You just have to try to imagine it in that context.

It was in Epcot, where HISTA is now IIRC.

from http://www.captaineo.com/:

In short, Captain EO is a big budget 3D, 70mm, Sci-Fi, fantasy, musical movie attraction that played at Disney Parks. It was produced by George Lucas, Directed by Francis Ford Coppola and stars Michael Jackson (at the peak of his career) and Angelica Houston. At the time of its production, it was the most expensive movie (per minute) ever made.

Run Dates:

Epcot: 9/12/86-7/6/94

Disneyland: 9/18/86-4/7/97

DL Tokyo: 3/20/87-9/96

DL Paris: 4/12/92-8/17/98

MTV: 6/26/96

ToT. Still "gets" me more than any other attraction. I know RnR has the launch and is inverted and all that....and Everest goes backwards rather fast.....but the Tower still gives me the most thrills
