The Little Mermaid show is one of my favorite live shows. But suddenly I have two questions:

1. Is Ursala one big audio animatronic or a person inside of it?

2. Is the dog an audio animatronic?

I think there are certain elements of Ursula that are animatronic, like the revolving of her tentacles. But the dog is totally a person in a dog suit.

According to both Wikipedia and Allears, Ursula is a puppet. A 12 foot by 10 foot puppet. Don't know about the dog, but I don't think it's animatronic.

Max is a costumed character...While he is used for the stage show. He does M&G's only in Tokyo Disney Sea...

I wonder if Ursula is controlled by a "driver" in the bottom and moved by a puppeteer up top. Similar to the Spectromagic float?
