Does anyone know if they are still doing the Lion King puppet show at MK? I thought I read somewhere that they closed it. It was by Kodak. Is there anything in its place? We are going in November (Thanksgiving Week) so I want to plan a little bit more.
Thanks.:sohappy:

Hello Lilo,

I'm afraid the Legend of the Lion King is going to be a legend because it's closed.
They're putting a new 3D movie in the theatre with Mickey and a lot of other Disney cartoon characters. It won't be ready until next year so it will be another blank spot for you in the (continually becoming less magic) Magic Kingdom, together with The Skyway, 20.000 miles, Carousel of Progress and Timekeeper. You will have a wonderful new attraction to enjoy. It will be Alladin's Magical Carpet ride. You will go up and down and round and round and it's unique in Adventureland.
Sorry for the bad new, I loved the Lion King.

Thanks. We were there in February and it was still there, but someone mentioned it was leaving. We have been on Aladdin and my son really enjoys it. Oh well, he's gotten bigger since the last time so he can go on more rides.
