The lighting... does it flicker?

This might have been talked about in other threads, sorry.

But do all the light fixtures in New Fantasyland flicker like candle light? It's really hard to tell in the videos I've seen. It does look like they do, more so in certain areas, like the BOG ball room...

Just curious, I think if they do flicker a bit, it really does ad to the ambiance.

Interesting tidbit on how they make the air deathly still. Most think its due to some technology that Disney has to create the effect of deathly still air. Actually they simply have a member of TDO management walk through the area every so often and it causes the air to stagnate.....
