Welcome, welcome to the Future of Imagineering. The judges are FrontierlandFan and I. We take any contestants who would like to join. There are NO teams. This is done in the style of Big Brother. If you send a PM to a contestant you must inform FF or I. Every week there will be one project, I will post the first project after we have at least 10 players. Whoever gets the highest score is safe from elimination each week. After the projects you PM FF or i with who you want to eliminate. It will be taken into account, but it is ultimately our decision. Some weeks it will only be me Judging. Have fun :sohappy:

We thought it would be fun to bring a game to WDWMagic that is similar to the Imagineering contest So, You Want to be an Imgaineer on the Visions Fantastic forum. I know there are a lot of great would-be-Imagineers on WDWMagic, and we would love for y'all to play!

I am actually not going to be home for a quite a bit of time this summer. I probably should have thought about that before I decided to join Future Imagineer on this, but I wanted to help out with the game.

I hope a lot of you come join us for a great time! :)

Favorite Imagineer: Oh gosh that's a tough one. I love Marc Davis attractions, but John Hench artwork is phenominal, and I've never ridden a Tony Baxter attraction that I didn't love. I also think Tim Delaney is brilliant...I'm not sure that that answers the question though

Favorite Park: Epcot. There's just something special about Epcot...I don't quite know what it is. It's the only place in the world that I can think of where one can look foward to the future while feeling nostalgic at the same time.

Favorite Ride: Soarin'. I think. And Splash Mountain. And The American Adventure, Spaceship Earth, Haunted Mansion, Tower of Terror gosh this is like asking a parent to pick their favorite child...

Favorite Show: Actually, I'm gonna have to head to Universal for this one...The Monster Makeup Show is incredibly funny. I love it. I also love American Adventure, and if we're talking 3-D shows, Muppet Vision is the best by far! In fact, I change my answer. Muppet Vision wins.

Favorite Land: Hollywood Blvd/Echo Lake/Sunset Blvd, or what I like to call Hollywoodland. Awesome attractions, fantastic themeing, it's just a great place to sit and relax.

Attraction that needs a redo: Journey Into Imagination. In its current state it's pathetic, and the fact that everyone I talk to agrees only reenforces my opinion.

Imagineer: its a toss up between Davis and Rhodes for me

Park: Epcot, love the 2 clashing themes and world showcase is my happy place :)
Ride: too tough to give just one, top 5 not in any order, everest, rockin roller coaster, toy story, space mountain, mission space

Show: Muppets!!! yay new muppet movie!!!

Land: World showcase, best area of a themepark ever, but that doesnt really count i guess so I will go with tomorrowland

Redo: the few that come to my mind right now would be Journey into imagination for sure, nemo at living seas (I still like it but it could have been a lot better), stitches great escape (same as nemo and i miss alien encounter:cry:), and backlot tour (put it in the forest area way in the back and make it look the way it should and then we can get pixar place and muppet land :)).

Here are mine:

Favourite Imagineer: Marc Davis. I love the work he did for the Jungle Cruise, Pirates, the Haunted Mansion, WRE, and America Sings. There are so many other great Imagineers too, though.

Favourite Park: This is too tough.. Let's go with Disneyland. The VERY close second is EPCOT, and my third is probably Disneyland Paris.

Favourite Ride: Some of my favourites are Splash Mt., Haunted Mansion, Phantom Manor, and Dinosaur.

Favourite Show:Of that I've seen, The American Adventure. (If I had seen it, it probably would have been America Sings)

Favourite Land: Can I say all of lands around the ROA? Frontierland/New Orleans Square/Liberty Square/Critter Country

The Imagination! pavilion definitely needs to get re-done. And so does Stitch's Great Escape. And a new show needs to be put in the Magic Eye theater in Tomorrowland. Captain EO has run it's course. Tomorrowland is in a big theming mess right now. From Buzz in the Verne/Wells area of Discoveryland to Monsters and Nemo in the Tomorrowlands of DL, WDW, and TDR.

Sorry. None of those answers were very specific.

Here are mine:

Favourite Imagineer: ugh...I don't know....close call. I am going to name two...Tony Baxter: Responsible for almost every major attraction and land I love and frequent including: The original Figment, Splash Mountain, Indy Jones, Disneyland Frontierland...Not to mention Baxter started just working little jobs at Dland. But Marc Davis is the "sentimental" favorite.

Favourite Park: I am probably going with Disneyland and The Magic Kingdom.

Favourite Ride: Splash Mountain

Favourite Show: Fantasmic....BUT I really REALLY want to see World of Color in person!!

Favourite Land: I absolutely love Frontierland/Adventureland/Liberty Square

What needs to be reworked?:
Hmm...so much at WDW needs help. As in just details, (getting ALL of the effects and such running) but I am going to go with reworking Tomorrowland.
