The EPCOT Overhaul: WWYD- Open Brainstorm

As we all know, the EPCOT overhaul is in a rough spot due to the financial pressure put on the company. Currently, half of the planned Communicore demolition took place, Ratatouille is almost done, plus Play, Harmonious, and Guardians are well into construction. So picture, if you will, that the keys to WDI have been turned over to you. With the smallest budget possible, but a need to reopen the center an draw in people, what would you do?

(I'll likely post my thought on the matter later, but I figured this would be a fun community activity for everyone to take part in, regardless of competition involvement)

Turn NW communicore into a festival center/bar and the open (SW) space into a garden/fountain/neverending festival booth space.
Get mouse gear back open and give electric umbrella a face-lift.
Use play for meet and greets. Cancel Moana and Poppins.
Get guardians open asap and use it and harmonius to drive traffic.

A re-invented but not-too-different epcot.
Win-win

I would add a greece pavillion between morroco and japan (if the brazil pavillion is true) with mount olympus as its backdrop, and put a hercules ride there. i dont mind ips at epcot, its fine. people say that it ruins the original vision of epcot but keep in mind that epcot wasnt even supposed to be a theme park at all.

I say add a large disney museum with animatronics for people to see. Some people have no idea all the amazing things epcot use to have. Maybe its time for people to have a chance to see these wonders and for some of us veterans to see some of the past return.

Immediate need to draw crowds and make money:

1. Finish Ratatouille and the new French courtyard. (Creperie can remain closed until crowds pick up.)
2. Finish HUS. FE is sad.
3. Finish Space 220.
4. Finish new Mouse Gears. Disney merch is needed for the biznus!

Immediate low cost touch ups:

1. Revert Odyssey back to Festival Center... put Club Cool there if Coke's willing to pay.
2. Finish Wondrous China if filming is done.

Immediate clean-up of construction:
  1. Finish entrance transportation infrastructure.
  2. Finish entrance landscaping. (But the fountain can wait for the money to finish it, look at the pretty planter!)
  3. Nicely board up Innoventions NE and NW. (The EU replacement can wait until crowds return... plenty of places to eat).
  4. Make the rest of the hub nicely landscaped. Plop the next round of Festival booths there.
  5. Finish the alternate paths around Innoventions towards the Sea and Energy.

Delayed projects in order of returning once money is flowing:
  1. GotG
  2. PLAY!
  3. Journey of Water
  4. EU replacement
  5. Creperie
  6. Some of the hub entertainment spots that were planned.
  7. Entrance fountain.
  8. Poppins (low on the pole only because it's not a bigger thing).
  9. SSE re-do
  10. Festival Center

Attractions to delay opening or put in Seasonal Mode to save money:
  1. Nemo
  2. Figment

for me i would Continue the demolishing of inventions and place moana there and where the festival center is planning just put a grass spot for food booth for Food and wine and flower and garden.Finnish GOTG and Mouse gear turn the Electric Umbrella into a new star bucks keep a cheap overlay for a coco attraction.Rat and Crepes Finnish as quickly as possible and lastly SSE overlay would be on the backburner but will still get the repairs it needs the new fireworks will be delayed till things start to pick up again
