The "Critters Only" rule for Critter Country related to the Pooh ride (need help for my park!)

Many of you probably remember the Disney theme park I created for this group a few years back. I am in the process of making revision to this park, whenever I get the time to do so! According to the Imagineering Field Guide to Disneyland, it says that any references to Christopher Robin or the original setting of the stories in England were dropped, due to the "Critters Only" rule. I planned to have Critter Country in my park, and planned to have the Pooh ride located there (more specifically, Pooh's Hunny Hunt from Tokyo Disneyland). However, I really do not want to drop references to Christopher Robin from the ride, since he was an important part of the Winnie the Pooh story, and as a result of this (among other things), Disneyland's Pooh ride seems choppy in comparison to the Pooh rides in the other parks. As a result, I also considering moving Pooh's Hunny Hunt to Fantasyland, but my Fantasyland is pretty packed with rides, and this version of the Pooh ride has a huge footprint. Would including Christopher Robin on the ride break this rule of Critter Country too much?

Oh BTW, the Pooh ride was in fact originally planned for Toontown at Disneyland, but the success of the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit led to replacing this ride with Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin!
