The Comedy Warehouse returns to Disney's Hollywood Studios for the holidays

Wonderful!!! Except this show should be here year round since you know Sounds Dangerous and the Premiere Theater sit empty year round. Also the show is not that expensive to run. Five equity performers, a keyboard player, a tech cast member or two, and a handful of operations cast members, I think Disney can afford that year round.

I think they schedule 6 performers-So they can break each other-but still should be doable

..and why aren't they putting Comedy Warehouse back in DTD (Disney Springs)? ..or ARE they? Soooo dumb that they ever got rid of it. It was good, clean fun by a very talented crew. Best geared for nighttime entertainment with a beer and popcorn.

FWIW, CW was actually one of the two not terribly profitable venues in PI, although that everything to do with how shows were structured and nothing to do with the talent of the performers. Also, I hate to say anything can draw a crowd in a theme park during Christmas week--but have you seen the Boxing Day lines at Stitch?

Also, you can still buy a beer or other drink during the holiday shows--there's a bar in the back. Only way it feels right to me.

I don't remember this last year. Can someone enlighten me? Is this a separate ticket event? Is it opened past park hours? Family fun or more for adults?

It has a slight edge. Nothing worse than the references you get to rum and wenches in a PotC movie. It is a total blast. We went several times two years ago. It is included with park admission.

This was a gem of Pleasure Island. I love adventurers club, but gave the slight edge to comedy warehouse. The audience input made each show different. Great times.

Wish this would remain permanent, even if just in the evenings at DHS. Goodness knows
Dhs could use a new attraction.

Just another attraction, no separate ticket, and more an afternoon thing--last show generally around 5 or 6. The occasional double-entendre, but will fly over any preteen's head. The performers are well aware it's an audience full of kids.

If this was a year round offering the theater would be empty most of the time. This offering does well during holiday week because the park lacks attractions and needs a filler. It's also a place to escape the crowds and sit for 30 minutes in a crowded theme park.

I don't think so. This park desperately needs shows and attractions and I think it would be attended fairly well during the rest of the year. It might not fill up but I'm sure it would do fine for itself.
