I love coffee enough to make a thread about the love of coffee and also to get suggestions so my family can stop buying the bleh home starbucks stuff lol.
Q1. What is your favorite coffee bean brand to buy in store? Online?
Q2. What is your preferred way to make coffee at home?
Q3. When you're lazy what is the best bottled coffee to get?

1 - Peet's, but I don't buy it often.
2 - Keurig for the simplicity.
3 - Bottled coffee, umm, no.
I like kcups because of the simplicity and the wide variety of flavors. I also have a French press, drip coffee machine and sometimes do pour over with my Haro kettle and Melita pour over too. I think pour over is the most fun, French press has the best flavor as long as I get the whole beans ground to the right consistency, but again, kcups are so easy, with almost no cleanup. I do try to keep a few kcups on hand in a few different flavors and brands, just because I like variety. Snapped this pic of the inventory a little while back.

I personally hate coffee, so my answer would be chai tea, chai tea either brewed or from a keurig, and Lipton bottled green tea, but that probably wasn't helpful. :P

My dad is the only coffee drinker in our family. He likes Gevalia brand coffee. He usually gets the whole bean variety and grinds it up the night before, and then programs his coffee maker to make it the next morning. He also likes the Kona blend and African blend from WDW. He does not do bottled coffee. At that point, like the rest of us, he'll drink tea.

Coffee is my wine.

1. Kopi luwak is by far my favorite coffee, but it is far too expensive for me to get with any regularity. The market also seems to be flooded with impostors selling regular beans at Kopi luwak prices. I will on occasion get Koa's Kona Coffee, but the $60 a pound price tag keeps it from being a regular purchase. My normal daily brew comes from a local roaster called Pura Bean and the blend is Bourbon Street.
2. I use a Cuisinart machine with a built in grinder and thermal carafe similar to this one.
3. I will usually get Dunkin coffee if I am not making it myself.

I am seeing a trend with the no bottled coffee lol. I am the only person who must get it. Personally I would just get the dunkin donuts mocha if I just so happened to be at a 7-11 and didn't make any that day.

I get Kirkland brand Pacific Bold K-cups from Costco.
For bottled coffee, I get Stok cold brew. I really only drink that in the summer, though.

I like the Monster Coffee drinks, but I honestly have no clue if they even have coffee in them.
