I know that most people just go in what they have on from the day or go back to their resort if time allows and change for cooler weather if it is expected.
We booked the dinner package this year and will be attending our first CP ever. our DP ADR is at Restaurant Marakkesh in the Morocco Pavillion, we have dined there before and it is a nice sit-down restaurant, that along with the fact that this is our first CP and we are excited about it and that it is something special we have planned to do has lead us to plan to "Dress for Dinner".
The kids are even onboard with the idea of really dressing up, sunday/dressy casual clothing. And that is saying alot for a 16 and 12 year old. But we are all so excited and we want to make this a special occasion.
We will be touring around during the day in our casual clothing, and then heading back to our resort to freshen up and get ready for the evening, so we won't be going around all day in these clothes. Our ADR is for 5:30pm for the 8:15pm CP.
We maybe a little over dressed compared to everyone else, but we want to make a nice evening of it for ourselves, and also plan to take a family Christmas photo that night as well.
