The Bison Burger Flatbread.

Good Morning America,how are you,Oh and other countries outside the magic bubble.Today's Eatingwdw.com has a review of the above served at "The Wave" at Contempory.It looks awesome and for under $10.00 that's a winner in my books.My question to all you burger( glad I spelt that correct) fans out there is.Has anyone had a burger made from bison?

I read that review for the "Everything on It" flatbread.
Take off the diced tomatoes and mustard and it looks absolutely delicious.

We are having dinner at the Wave in November, but this flatbread makes me think about slipping over for a quick lunch too.
This upcoming trip seems to be planned entirely around our dining plans, but now that I'm taking my 9 year old niece, it looks like we might have to fit in some other stuff ... fun stuff ... like ... breakfast at CRT (because we won't be able to go on the KTTK tour with the rest of our group).

Gotta love Free Dining.

Yes I have. It has a much fuller flavor than regular beef and it can be somewhat on the dry side if cooked medium well or more. We have a chain here called Fuddruckers that has "exotic" hamburgers.

I would agree. It's like game meat, much leaner and easier to dry out as well as tasting much better than beef.
