The biggest pillow fight

I just saw on CNN that students from Duke(?) University set the Guinness Record for the "biggest pillow fight" and showed scenes of it... and I wonder.... didn´t they have anything else to do? Who cares? If I cared to buy the Guinness book of world records, this would be a page that I will thyink was a total waste of my money! ...and to have such a stupid event registered in that boo... jeez... they should be ashamed.

I was just amazed university students were doing something like this... if you do some huge pizza or something and you use it for charity purposes or to raise funds, or something like that, and get in the Guinness Records with it, I don´t mind, but a pillow fight?? It´s just too ridiculous to me coming from people already in university! :animwink:

It all has to do with the frenzy and hype of college basketball. Basketball is to Duke as spring break getaways is to Cancun. Last night they played their biggest rivals, North Carolina, so this was all part of the build-up to the game.

He actually suggested that maybe they could do it again for 2003/2004 and gave me a chance to give my extended annoying "Dad laugh".
