If everything you listed and more wasn't included then WDW wouldn't be great. Take one factor out and it all falls apart.

I didn't add in the CMs because I honestly couldn't care less. They're no better at Disney than they are at a local fair or amusement park, plus they're just doing their jobs. The rides, hotels, parks.....they themselves are more important to me.

I am sorry ... I dont agree about the CM's not SilentRascal. I cant not count all the special moments that were due to a Cast Member.. things lots of them do are beyond what the job ask for. the maids are supose to clean your room ..but most take the time to do little touches that make your "home coming" at the end of the day something to look forward to. there are no end to the things the cast members in the parks do to add that extra magic to your day.. maybe not everyday and maybe not for everyone. But I think they are a very important part of the whole WDW experience

Definitely all of the above PLUS the CMs. All these elements allow you to enjoy yourself and forget where you are. I know when I go to WDW I get a sense of being in a whole different world (no pun intended) and hate the feeling when we leave to go back to the "real" world and not being able to be surrounded by all the magic.

Definately the CM's. What would Disney be without the people who will work for almost nothing, and still make you feel like you're in a magical place? It takes a special person to be a CM.

Baed on personal experience I think the main difference between the Orlando parks IS the attitude of Cast Members. At WDW they have all be 1st rate, and should be applauded for the service they provide.

Its sad that Management at Disney suffer from the same disease of any company run by accoutants. They knowthe cost of everything and the value of nothing, and are totally unaware that goodwill is priceless, especially of those in the front line.
