The Animation Experience AK question

So I’ve searched around looking for an answer and have yet to find anything - does anyone know for The Animation Experience at animal kingdom if the characters are drawn at the same schedule everyday?
For ex: If they did Pumba at 1:45PM one day, would they do Pumba at 1:45PM again the next day, or would it probably be set for another time? Was planning on going to AK Saturday, was wondering if I wanted to try out a specific character I’d have to do a specific time, or if it’s just by chance. I’ve only found the times of the classes, doesn’t seem to have a schedule for characters you can see unless you’re at the park that day.

They post the next class' character at the entrance to the queue, but you can always just go up to them and ask about all the classes to find the character you're looking for. I believe they have a list of characters to go through, but not a set order. Always ask when you get there, they're very friendly

When we went in August we drew Simba and Ed the hyena during the last two sessions of the day. My daughter who is DCP went a couple of weeks ago and said it seemed like it was the same schedule of characters. Note beginning Oct 18 they are now drawing villain characters. It is such a fun experience. We love it and have missed it since it left HS.

Is this similar to what they used to have at HS?

It's exactly what it is....But, a smaller budget version to it....

Unless they decide to dedicate animation once again in DHS....This is the only place now you can do this...

I thought I read somewhere that the animation experience may eventually be located in Epcot. Crossing my fingers for it's permanent return.

Not sure why though... because I'm pretty sure this is strictly drawing animal characters. I'd think AK would be the perfect place for that.

I am thinking it will be like it was at HS, drawing any Disney character. I will try to find the post and let you know. Just found it...another website posted that the Animation Academy is set to be a permanent addition to Epcot's Play Pavilion.

Honestly I think if they were going to just move it to Epcot, and do the same thing HS did they might as well just have left it be where it was. But please do let me know if you find what you had read.

Maybe I missed it, but yes as it looks it will return to EPCOT, but does this mean we're gonna have two? Unless they plan on removing the one in Rafiki's Planet watch when the time comes nearer, which will again will leave that land in a weird state. I guess it's a bit too early to think about that.
