Ok I'm not incredibly full of musical knowledge, at least classical kind and instruments etc...
But for one i know i love anything that Thomas Newman produces for films and Finding Nemo is incredible.
But... what is that instrument/sound effect Newman uses on most of his Scores??? I've heard it on American Beauty and its on most of the scene where we first meet Crush the turtle... i really cant describe it words wise
but its very unique and original for Newman's many musical pieces...
Edit Ok, I'm going to be really sad and list the parts where this sound effect is played. If you listen to the turtle lope (where we first meet crush the turtle) the first part is played at 30secs in and its only like 2 seconds long its also played at: 41seconds, 53seconds and 1:07seconds... all i can describe it as is very alien and totally out of this world
i love it ![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
