PI bartenders would clean $1000 in off the books on son busy nights during its prime

Think $40-$50+/hr senior-level techs, specialized trades, and some stunt performers. With steady OT and union backing, they can absolutely hit $100k+. In some cases, no OT needed. And thanks to how cheap Disney’s benefits are, they’re often closer to $100K take-home than similar roles outside the company - even when the hourly rate looks lower on paper.
But yes, unicorn bartenders and servers at the right venues will absolutely go into six-figures. I know a few who own in real Windermere - not in unincorporated Orange County with a 34786 zip code.
