Almost all the decorations will be out. Parties will have started at the MK and if they do Jollywood nights again at HS those should be going. The actual week of Thanksgiving though doesn't often have parties, we usually add the Monday after Thanksgiving so we can go to the Christmas Party on Sunday night. The Festival of the Holidays and the Candlelight Processional at Epcot start the day after Thanksgiving.
