My family just returned from a week at Pop during which the completely separate reservation made by my mother in law somehow got linked to mine (I suspect the horrible My Disney Experience App, but that's another story). Anyhow, the linkage caused my family's meals to be deducted from my MIL's plan, issues with purchases made by us being charged to her and a host of other problems. Rooms and dining plans had to be rebooked and key cards reissued in an effort to resolve the problems, which then resulted in my MIL being locked out of her room. Josh at the Concierge Desk at Pop was just super. In fact, after we got some horribly incorrect (and expensive) info from another Pop cast member on top of everything else, I was beyond fed up with Disney and the entire experience until Josh came to the rescue. Working diligently on the multiple problems over several days, he resolved the improper charges, unlinked the reservations (Disney still cannot explain how that even happened) and generally saved the entire vacation. As a final gesture he credited us one days stay, all the while apologizing and thanking us for not yelling and screaming over the situation. Bottom line - if you want something done right at Pop Century's front desk, see Josh. He is the only reason I would consider returning to WDW anytime soon after the mess we had. Thanks a million Josh! You did yourself and Disney proud!
