We did a split stay in September. Four days at Yacht Club and then three at Royal Pacific at Universal. On the day we checked out of Yacht Club, we were waiting for our cab to Universal and I thought to call and check my bank account balance. It said I had $9.74(!!!!) I should have had about $800. I went to the front desk and they told me there had been a glitch and I'd been charged twice for everything (beware of magic bands!) the front desk was apologetic and they corrected the error but said it would be 3 to 5 business days before the funds were back in my account. Whaaaattt???? I was in the very middle of vacation with less than ten bucks to my name. I called the number on my bill and spoke to Daniel in billing, and he took care of everything. He faxed my bank a release of authorization within an hour of my call and the funds were back right away. Thank you, Daniel for saving my vacation. You are the best!
