I intended to e-mail him immediately to thank him for the kindness and wonderful service he gave my family, but things got busy and I neglected it. Our daughter has dietary issues and he made every meal a joy. He also included his e-mail for help with future recipes. He went above and beyond his job requirements. I cannot say enough about him and the service he gave us. Thank you Juan Santiago, Sous Chef All-Star Resort
