I was due to fly from Jersey to Paris this morning for my trip to DLP, however, due to the volcanic ash, my flight was cancelled.
Luckily, there's another one tomorrow morning (fingers crossed that will go).

So, after all the flights were sorted, I phoned Disneyland Paris to let them know we would be arriving a day late and staying one less night. I expected them to say OK that's fine, and we'd lose out on a night's stay.

But instead, the wonderful company that Disney is, they offered to give us the Premium half board dining plan, which I understand, gives us free meals for 3 nights?

So, we're all very pleased here and looking forward to our stay :)

Although, now when you ring you're put through to Disney parks, so when I was on hold I had to listen to almost half an hour of adverts for Walt Disney World, making me wish I was going there instead! haha

We visited DLP last weekend and when we arrived there was a bit of confusion as to our details, until we explained that we had origionally been due to visit just before xmas last year, but the snow in the Eurostar had put paid to that. Because of the "Tradgidy" of missing the xmas celebrations the very nice man on check in gave us VIP status for breakfasts. Not a massive deal I admit, but he didn't have to do it and as gestures go, it makes you think what a generous, benevolent company they are.
