I might be able to help

If you have a custom created avatar you want to use, after you click browse and find the file on your computer and click OK, make sure the bullet above that says yes is selected. Click on that bullet to make sure it is selected and then click UPDATE. That should get your avatar up and running!!

Hi Again, I tried to use the pick put it says it needs to be in JPEG form...how do you convert pictures to this form?
