Test Track Question(s)

Afternoon everyone!

I am visiting WDW in April this year. I have a question re Test Track.

Does it still have "mechanical" issues? I worked at WDW in 2000 (not test track, but Millennium Village) and it would always break down. So much so that I have never been able to take my parents on it.

As they are coming with me this time, I would like to know if it still breaks down?

Any info greatly appreciated!

it still breaks down, just not as often, and the turnaround time for getting it back has gotten shorter

Yes...they have worked the bugs out of it but it can still have those notorious 6 hour down times.

Yeah, I've heard of it breaking down, but I've gone in June for the last 3 years, for a week each, and have never in my life experienced a down time on it. I think if you're in the world for more than a 3 hour period, total, you'll be safe :)

Go to Epcot in the early morning. That is your best chance to get to ride it. Remember that when it rains (especially with lightning and thunder) they close the ride. So to avoid problems go in the morning and you will almost be guranteed a chance to ride.
