Welcome to the boards!

I have an add-on question. While riding, I noticed a window during the ride and two little girls were on the other side watching people riding. Is this the lounge?

I believe the entrance is between the queue entrance and the entrance to the gift shop. There is a hall to walk down, then a button to press for GM to approve your entrance. One elevator step up, and you're overlooking Epcot and the inside of Test Track in no time. :)

yes those windows you see during the antilock break test is the lounge. I was there last week it is very nice and also holds offices for GM and a large conference room as well.

I went in there in 1998 with my dad. All I remember about is getting a drink and being able to watch part of the ride. I can't remember where the entrance was though.

When we went in 2002, we were in Epcot on Easter Sunday so the lounge was closed so we didn't get to go in the lounge. We went in the gift shop and back by where they display the cars. There's a desk set up there and they looked at my dad's ID and then lead us to the front of the line. We did it twice that day (you're allowed 2 times a day).

When I was there in August it seemed my mom and I went in the gift shop and back to look at the cars and there seemed to be quite a few people showing IDs at that desk and then heading somewhere - possibly to the lounge (my dad wasn't with us so we didn't get to skip the line and find out)

The lounge is very nice, despite it being a tad narrow on the far righthand side. Assuming your event is being catered by WDW, come hungry, as the amount of food and type is fantastic. We hosted several events at many lounges, particularly the one at Test Track as well as, in the evening, the handle of France.

GM's lounge is great. While I worked at Epcot Events, it took an act of God to get into the lounge. Not really, however you did have a protocol to follow. The lounge is really nice and kept up really well.

There also are other lounges that are still sponsored by a corporation. Depending on the pavillion. The old Met-Life Lounge was great.

TT GM lounge

As a EPCOT CM, i was able to work in many locals. One of those was TT! i worked there several times, when i was trained there they gave me a tour of everything. One of those was the lounge! The entrance is loacted off to the side of the FASTPass entrance... ask the CM workin there for directions. It is labled on the door. There is a long hallway to an elevator and you just have to ask for directions!
The area upstairs is nice, clean, and has great views of FW! The window overlooking the ride is fun to see what goes on from above!
There is also a way that you are able to get in line towards the front of the ride!
Just overall a great idea~

If you get the chance go for it!! ºOº

IM or email me for more info about anything EPCOT!
