I finally got the chance to ride test track 2.0 yesterday which was awesome experience overall but already is having issues, the ride was not opened until almost 9:30 when the park opened at 9. The first time I went through we did stand by which designing the car was awesome but some of the screens when riding the ride didnt have our cars posted and one of the tvs on the ride was showing windows media player and just frozen....tacky very very tacky. The next time we went through we did fast pass and it really changes your experience. you do NOT design a car on this fast pass line you choose from 8 premade cars. . . it just really wasnt the same overally and you feel a lot less inclined to partake in the experience at the end because you are arent really doing anything with your car. 
I know that being in fast pass would be a time crunch but to not design anything at all?!
